Does MekaDesk work without an internet connection?
Yes. MekaDesk is an offline-first application: all your data is stored locally on your device. You can create quotes, invoices and repair orders without any internet connection. Cloud backup syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
Which countries are supported by the vehicle registration scanner?
The vehicle registration OCR scanner supports 6 European countries: France, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg, plus a generic mode for other EU countries.
Is my data secure?
Your business data stays on your device. Cloud backups are end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM and PBKDF2 (600,000 iterations). Even we cannot read your data. GDPR compliant.

Is MekaDesk suitable for my garage in France / Spain / UK?

Are you ready for mandatory e-invoicing in France in 2026?
Yes. Every invoice generated by MekaDesk is a Factur-X PDF (EN 16931 standard), the format of the French reform, and the connection to a certified platform is live: you send your B2B invoices and receive supplier invoices right from the app, with no paid add-on. As a reminder, all companies must be able to receive e-invoices since September 1st, 2026; issuing becomes mandatory for small businesses in September 2027.
Can the price go up? Are there paid add-ons?
There are no paid add-ons: the subscription (€9.99/month or €99/year) includes every feature, including e-invoicing and the connection to the certified platform. The price you sign up at is guaranteed for 12 months; any later change is announced by email at least 3 months in advance, and you can cancel free of charge before it applies.
